“In my twenties I had lots energy to give to my children but in my forties I actually have wisdom to give to them. It’s always a privilege to place a baby in a young mom’s arms but an even greater one to place a baby in the arms of a mom over 40 cause you know that she has somehow defied the laws that govern nature.”

    Hello ladies!
I’ll be turning 42 shortly and will try to get pregnant again. I had my son at 36 after 5 months of trying. I was married at the time. Now I plan to have another child, this time solo.
Regarding all the negativity out there, dismal numbers and the “oh-but-what-will-they-think”, I choose to ignore them and even laugh at it! I am the product of natural unaided conception and my mother was 43. That’s right! What is more, within my relatives and close friends ALL the pregnancies were achieved naturally from age 35-43 (my mother wasn’t the only one conceived at 43). My best friend just had a baby at age 42 five months ago.
Ladies, nature sees fit to give us the desire to have children and clearly blesses us with that ability.
Much success to you all. Courage in the face of nay sayers and opiniated twits!
    All the best!
